Crock Pot Corn Chowder

Perfect for a cold New England day.   Not to mention it takes next to no effort.

Ingredients:

2 CANS of Corn

2 CANS  of Creamed Corn

1 1/2 cups milk

1 slice Bacon

1 small onion chopped

Directions:

Chop onions and bacon add to crock pot.  Turn crock pot on high and cook onions and bacon for about 30 Minutes.  (You can brown in other pan, this makes one pot meal)

Add corn and milk reduce heat to low cook for 8 hours on low.

Enjoy!

  1. YUM this looks delish! I'm a sucker for anything that can be thrown together in the crockpot and be ready when I get home from work.

I'm hosting a recipe swap today on the blog, hop on over and link up with us ;-)
